Gamaliel/WISDOM in Manitowoc, Madison and Oshkosh

In the meantime, a group is organizing a new project in Manitowoc (as yet un-named); a group looking to organize in Madison has met twice; and there is a new organized presence in Oshkosh. And CUSH is working on CUSH KARES to get the county to commit to a new facility for a mental health residential program.
