Two Thousand Schoolgirls Injured From Vaccine
A support group says it has received dozens of calls from parents who believe their daughters have been damaged by the vaccine.
The parents of one teenage girl given the jab last autumn believe it was to blame for repeated seizures which have left her with brain damage and psychosis.
Campaigners and families said the new figures showed the vaccination should not have been introduced via a mass programme.
More than one million girls have already been given the jab, which is offered to all as they enter their teens.
Until 2011 it will also be administered to older girls, so that all female teens below the age of 18 will be covered by the programme.
Ministers say that ultimately the scheme will save 700 lives a year, while drug safety experts insist the number of suspected reactions are outweighed by the benefits from the jab.

*ALERT* Public Hearing on the NO MORE Clean Laundry Bill and Shoreland Zoning
First, if you can, come to the hearing and testify. If you can not attend, send your testimony to the committee chair and members and ask that it be part of the public hearing record. Sen. Miller is the chair – Senate Committee on Environment. My suggestion would be to submit it to the members by September 9, 2009. Second, submit your testimony/thoughts to your Senator and ask them to do what they can.
1. No More Clean Laundry and Dishes Bill (AB 281) -
This bill passed the Assembly and if not stopped in the Senate will turn WI into WA. I originally told you about this bill in June - where people in the state of WA can't get their cloth and dishes clean due to the phosphorus restrictions.
READ HERE
2. Lake/River/Water/Wetland Property (aka: Shoreland Zoning CHR 05-058) –
I have not read through the whole rule but you need too if you own property on or near any body of water. Below are a few excerpts from the DNR rule but please read the whole thing – you may catch things that I have not. I don’t trust the DNR and have a feeling this could be bad.
-Counties with a non-compliant or no shoreland ordinance have 180 days to work with Department to draft a compliant shoreland ordinance.
-A new provision limiting structure height to 35-feet high within 75 feet of the ordinary high-water mark is added to protect and preserve the natural scenic beauty close to the shoreline.
-Removed rule that discussed limiting the cost of changes to nonconforming structures to 50%; rule provides incentives to address nonconforming structures via limits on impervious surface area and mitigation requirements.
-Added provision allowing expansion of nonconforming principal structures within 75 feet of the ordinary high-water mark with a county permit, provided key requirements are met, including mitigation to offset impacts in most cases.
-Added provision allowing relocation of nonconforming principal structures within 75 feet of the ordinary high-water mark with a county permit, only when no compliant building location is exists, and provided key requirements are met, including mitigation to offset impacts and removal of non-exempt structures within 75-feet of the water.
-New “Mitigation” and “Building envelope” definitions support this standard.
-The standard minimum setback remains 75 feet. Language is added to address structures exempted by other state or federal laws from the minimum setback standards.
-Routine maintenance of vegetation permitted in shoreland zone. Removal of trees and shrubs also is allowed if the trees and shrubs are exotic or invasive species, diseased or damaged, or an imminent safety hazard, but the removed trees and shrubs must be replaced.
-Language governing management of shoreland vegetation in at least the first 35 feet from the OHWM is clarified, resulting in a more functional buffer protecting habitat and water quality. Other vegetation management permitted in the vegetated buffer zone with a county approved plan that requires erosion control; re-vegetation; maintenance and monitoring and enforceable restrictions.
- In addition to notifying the Regional office prior to any hearings on the following, counties must also submit to the Department within 10 days permits to relocate or expand nonconforming principal structures; variances, special exception and conditional use permits; appeals for map or text interpretations, and decisions to amend map or text ordinances.

Today Sen. Coggs is Holding a Public Hearing on His ANTI-Voter Id Bill!!!
You can also contact the committee members. Call and also submit comments in writing!!! Senate Labor Committee
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Sen. Cogg's Press Release: Dated April 7th:
Sen. Coggs’ Election Day bill makes modern-day “Jim Crow Laws” a crime “Voter deception and intimidation in the guise of so-called ‘ballot security’ is a crime,” Coggs says
MADISON – Sen. Spencer Coggs introduced legislation on April 7, Election Day that would make it a crime in future elections to suppress voter turnout by deceiving or intimidating voters through individual or organized voter suppression strategies seen in recent elections in Wisconsin and the nation.
“These attempts to mislead, intimidate or coerce voters are the modern-day equivalent of the ‘poll tax,’” Sen. Coggs said. “Voter deception and intimidation in the guise of so-called ‘ballot security’ is a crime and should not be tolerated in our democracy.”
Poll taxes requiring a fee to register to vote were created following the Civil War by “Jim Crow” laws in the South aimed at constructing a legal system based on white supremacy. Other “Jim Crow” laws enacted fraudulent literacy tests, elaborate registration schemes, and eventually white-only primaries to exclude black voters.
Sen. Coggs’ legislation prohibits anyone acting in an official or unofficial capacity from intentionally deceiving anyone regarding the date, time, place or manner of conducting an election, or deceiving anyone about the qualifications or restrictions for voting.
“In recent elections there have been pamphlets distributed anonymously in my district and elsewhere in Milwaukee that warned citizens they could not vote, and that all of their family members could not vote if any family member had ever been convicted of a crime – even if they’ve only received a traffic ticket,” Sen. Coggs said.
In the past two general elections, these pamphlets were distributed in the black community of Milwaukee. The effect was to confuse, disrupt and dissuade central city residents from exercising their right to vote.
Under the Coggs bill, a person affected by this activity can obtain a restraining order from a court or file a sworn complaint with the state Government Accountability Board. If the Board finds merit in the complaint, it must promptly investigate and take all measures necessary to provide correct information and refer the matter for prosecution. Depending on the severity of the crime, penalties range from $50,000 to $100,000 and prison sentences of two to three years.
“Another ploy in recent elections involved the distribution in Milwaukee of an anonymous pamphlet advising citizens not to worry about casting a ballot on an Election Day, Tuesday, because voting was also being conducted on Wednesdays,” Sen. Coggs said.
More ominous, said Coggs, are the actions of government officials and political parties that conduct so-called “ballot security” programs such as the Vote Fraud Task Force established in Milwaukee by the Milwaukee Police Department, the Milwaukee County District Attorney and state Attorney General JB Van Hollen.
“For some reason,” Sen. Coggs said, “one of Wisconsin’s 72 counties – Milwaukee County - was singled out. One city - Milwaukee - was singled out. And seemingly one area within Milwaukee was singled out – the minority community – for so-called ‘voter fraud investigation.’”
Van Hollen, a Republican, was state campaign co-chair for Republican presidential candidate John McCain. At the national Republican convention in 2008, Van Hollen all but guaranteed a McCain victory in Wisconsin and only days later filed a lawsuit that could have disenfranchised hundreds of thousands of Wisconsin voters. The lawsuit was later found to be without merit.
In addition, the so-called Milwaukee “anti-fraud effort” was aided by the publication of a spurious investigation of the 2004 General Election authored by the Milwaukee Police Department. The report was not endorsed by members of the task force and was later found to be biased and partisan.
Other instances of official voter suppression included a nationwide strategy coordinated by the former Bush White House to have US Attorneys aggressively and vindictively pursue purported voter fraud. That strategy resulted in the controversial firing of eight US Attorneys by the Bush administration.
As part of the nationwide strategy, according to reports by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Republican Party of Wisconsin wrote a 30-page report that was provided to the White House alleging widespread abuses in Wisconsin. The report surfaced in the congressional investigation of the firing of the U.S. Attorneys.
In late 2005, Steve Biskupic, the former US Attorney for Wisconsin, a Bush appointee, announced that his probe found no evidence of a voter fraud conspiracy in Wisconsin.
“These activities should be described for what they are: government-sponsored voter intimidation, deception and suppression,” Sen. Coggs said. “We need the tools to allow everyday citizens to fight back against these modern-day ‘Jim Crow’ laws, and these tools are provided by my legislation.”

Point by Point - How WI Legalized Gay Marriage And What Is To Come
The National Education Association (NEA), which usually passes a dozen or more pro-homosexual resolutions every year at its annual national convention, this year in San Diego went all-out in support of same-sex marriage. This emphasis on advocacy for homosexuals was spelled out in a five-point New Business Item E.
Point #1 tells its union affiliates to support state legislation that registers same-sex couples in a way that mimics marriage. This registration would cover taxes, inheritance, adoptions, medical decisions, and even immigration.
Point #2 says that states can call this same-sex registration marriage or civil union or domestic partnership so long as same-sex relationships are treated like marriage.
In Point #3, the NEA promises to "support its affiliates" in opposing state constitutional amendments and laws that "could have the effect" of differentiating between homosexual and heterosexual couples. The NEA's California affiliate spent $1.25 million of teachers' dues money on the campaign to defeat Proposition 8 last year.
In Point #4, the NEA supports repeal of federal laws and regulations such as the very popular 1996 Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), which defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman. According to the Government Accountability Office's (GAO) list of laws that use DOMA's definition of marriage, repeal of this law would create new Social Security and joint income tax benefits for homosexual partners.

Obama Says Marriage Law Should Be Repealed
In a filing by the Justice Department, administration lawyers made it clear for the first time in court that the president thinks the 13-year-old Defense of Marriage Act, which denies benefits to domestic partners of federal employees and allows states to reject same-sex marriages performed in other states, discriminates against gays and should be repealed.

Urgent Action Needed to Help Glenn Beck
http://www.keepglennbeck.com/
The socialists, community organizers, in the fashion of neo-Marxist Saul Alinksy, are doing just as Alinsky wrote in his book Rules for Radicals, "Pick the Target, Freeze It, Personalize It and Polarize It". The target is now Glenn Beck because he is speaking truth and exposing their radical agenda. Reportedly, 75,000 people have signed onto a petition against Beck and he has had advertisers pull their ads from his program. Sign the "Keep Glenn Beck Petition" and let Fox News Channel and Beck's advertisers know that we appreciate Beck speaking truth and helping us fight the attempt, by both parties, to implement socialism in America.

Whitehouse Tracking all opposed to BO's Healthcare Plan
From the White House website:
There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.
BO's Town Hall Meeting Alert
This is the moment our movement was built for.
For one month, the fight for health insurance reform leaves the backrooms of Washington, D.C., and returns to communities across America. Throughout August, members of Congress are back home, where the hands they shake and the voices they hear will not belong to lobbyists, but to people like you.
Home is where we're strongest. We didn't win last year's election together at a committee hearing in D.C. We won it on the doorsteps and the phone lines, at the softball games and the town meetings, and in every part of this great country where people gather to talk about what matters most. And if you're willing to step up once again, that's exactly where we're going to win this historic campaign for the guaranteed, affordable health insurance that every American deserves.
There are those who profit from the status quo, or see this debate as a political game, and they will stop at nothing to block reform. They are filling the airwaves and the internet with outrageous falsehoods to scare people into opposing change. And some people, not surprisingly, are getting pretty nervous. So we've got to get out there, fight lies with truth, and set the record straight.
That's why Organizing for America is putting together thousands of events this month where you can reach out to neighbors, show your support, and make certain your members of Congress know that you're counting on them to act.
But these canvasses, town halls, and gatherings only make a difference if you turn up to knock on doors, share your views, and show your support. So here's what I need from you:
Can you commit to join at least one event in your community this month?
In politics, there's a rule that says when you ask people to get involved, always tell them it'll be easy. Well, let's be honest here: Passing comprehensive health insurance reform will not be easy. Every President since Harry Truman has talked about it, and the most powerful and experienced lobbyists in Washington stand in the way.
But every day we don't act, Americans watch their premiums rise three times faster than wages, small businesses and families are pushed towards bankruptcy, and 14,000 people lose their coverage entirely. The cost of inaction is simply too much for the people of this nation to bear.
So yes, fixing this crisis will not be easy. Our opponents will attack us every day for daring to try. It will require time, and hard work, and there will be days when we don't know if we have anything more to give. But there comes a moment when we all have to choose between doing what's easy, and doing what's right.
This is one of those times. And moments like this are what this movement was built for. So, are you ready?
Please commit now to taking at least one action in your community this month to build support for health insurance reform:
http://my.barackobama.com/CommitAugust
Let's seize this moment and win this historic victory for our economy, our health and our families.
Thank you,
President Barack Obama

Dems blocking GOP mail
By Ben PershingWashington Post Staff Writer Sunday, July 26, 2009
But now the commission has gotten involved in the health-care fight, prohibiting several Republicans from mailing out a colorful, labyrinthine chart that purports to diagram Democrats' reform plan. The controversy was first reported by Roll Call
Reading the Fine Print in the Health Care Bill
1. ...That means the government will force all taxpayers to pay for health care for millions of people who don't now buy insurance because they don't need it, or because insurance doesn't cover what they do need. (p.5)
2. ....Government agents will audit and then harass small business owners to force them to pay for insurance they cannot afford. (p.22)
3. The bill provides for optional "nurse home visitation services" without specifying who has power to exercise the option. Among the various purposes listed are "increasing birth intervals between pregnancies" (this reminds us of China's policies to reduce childbirth by married couples), reducing "child abuse, neglect, and injury" (giving more authority to the already too powerful Child Protective Services), and promoting school readiness (will homeschooling be scorned?). (p.768)
4. The bill covers family planning. Those are well-known code words for taxpayer-funded contraception and abortion, and will impose mandatory coverage of abortion on demand in all health plans. (p.772)
5. ...opens up plenty of funding for health and translation services for illegal aliens. (pp.405 & 407)
6. ...so long as the "public option" is subsidized by the taxpayers, it can always undersell private plans. (p.72)
7. The government will specify the health benefits that must be included in any plan participating in the Health Insurance Exchange. If all private plans must include all government-specified benefits (which will surely include benefits unwanted by many people and will inevitably drive up costs), whatever happened to choice? (p.84)
8. Anyone who does not enroll in an Exchange-participating plan will be "automatically enrolled under Medicaid." The government will thus use force to achieve its goal of universal coverage. (p.102)
9. Employers will be subjected to a play-or-pay mandate. Those who do not provide health insurance to their employees must give the government a "contribution" equal to 8 percent of average wages paid. (p.149)
10. Seniors must submit to "advance care planning consultation" (a.k.a. end-of-life discussions) every five years, or more often if there is "a significant change in the health condition of the individual, including diagnosis of a chronic, progressive, life-limiting disease, a life-threatening or terminal diagnosis or life-threatening injury." Will these consultants advise seniors to hurry up and die because they are costing too much money? (pp.425 & 429)
11. Government bureaucrats will conduct "Comparative Effectiveness Research" to decide the effectiveness of treatments and drugs. That is the exotic label for rationing and, as House Appropriations Chairman David Obey (D-WI) admitted, drugs and treatments that are "found to be less effective and more expensive will no longer be prescribed." (pp.502 & 520)
12. Government bureaucrats (not the medical profession) shall determine national priorities for research. (p.505)
13. Preference in awarding grants or contracts will be given to entities that have trained "the greatest percentage" of public health workers in the government, and that have trained large percentages of "under-represented minority groups." (pp.909-910) Think ACORN!

Obama's Heathcare - Brannon Howse
Topic: Ron Meyers interviews Brannon Howse on Obama's national healthcare that will euthanize America's seniors and the disabled through the rationing of healthcare, make someone's intrinsic value based on the State's definition of whether or not they are productive human resource, require doctors to break their Hippocratic Oath in order to be able to make a living and continue practicing medicine, force seniors on Medicare to go through "end of life counseling" every five years so they can be brainwashed into the liberal's "duty to die" propaganda, require doctors to receive government approval for tests and procedures through a government computer system, punish Americans that do not purchase a "qualified" insurance plan and nationalize America's healthcare by putting private insurance companies out of business. Obama says he will pay for this massive national healthcare program by cutting $500 billion dollars out of Medicare over ten years. This will be accomplished by denying seniors medical treatment. What can Americans do to stop this massive socialist agenda and if it becomes law how much Christians respond?

The Chavez-Obama U.N. Plot Against Honduras
R2P was sold as something to be exercised against regimes practicing genocide against their own people. But the new doctrine is so vague and subject to political manipulation that one can speculate it could be used to justify some form of U.N. intervention in Honduras on the pretext that the people there are somehow being victimized by a popular military-backed regime. In fact, some Hondurans are telling this columnist that they are fearful that U.N. "blue helmets" are right now being prepared to invade their country.

American Medical Association
The American Medical Association ("AMA"), seemingly against the wishes of many of its members, recently made headlines when it announced its endorsement for H.R. 3200, "America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009," the House of Representative's version of Obama's government-run health care plan.Countering the AMA's endorsement, however, is Dr. Donald Palmisano, a former president of the organization and the current spokesperson for newly formed group called the Coalition to Protect Patients' Rights (CPPR). CPPR is opposed to a so-called "public option" and is working to ensure that patients and doctors are in charge of making health care decisions, not the government.
